Terms of Use
Effective 1 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Jarbit, a free, offline, single-player game for iOS. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Jarbit for your own non-commercial entertainment. That licence doesn't transfer ownership of anything.
Stardust and in-game items
Stardust, mascots, accessories and other in-game items are earned through play. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything outside the game. They may be reset if you delete the app or clear your progress.
Fair use
Please don't reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with, cheat in, or redistribute the app. Jarbit is meant for personal enjoyment on your own device.
What belongs to whom
The game and all of its art, characters, audio and code belong to the developer. Your licence to play doesn't give you any ownership of them.
Provided "as is"
Jarbit is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.
Suitable for everyone
Jarbit is a gentle, family-friendly game with no accounts, no ads, and no real-money purchases, suitable for a general audience.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the current version.
